With operations in 50+ cities globally, the company is actively investing in enterprise AI, automation, and intelligent digital platforms to transform large-scale operations and business workflows.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and optimize high-performance, scalable, and maintainable applications. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to technical architecture, build robust backend services, and deliver modern frontend experiences using Golang, SvelteKit, and GraphQL.

The successful candidate will take a leading role in the development team, drive engineering best practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Stack Development: Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of full-stack applications using Golang for backend services and SvelteKit for frontend development.
  • API Development: Design, build, and optimize GraphQL APIs to support efficient, secure, and data-driven applications.
  • Microservices Architecture: Develop and maintain modular, scalable, and resilient microservices while ensuring effective communication between distributed components.
  • Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data access patterns using PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • System Architecture: Participate in architectural discussions, contribute to technical decisions, and establish engineering standards that support long-term scalability and maintainability.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and improve application performance, reliability, and system efficiency.
  • Code Quality: Promote clean code practices through peer reviews, automated testing, version control, and CI/CD implementation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Technical Leadership: Guide team members, share technical knowledge, and support the continuous improvement of development processes and engineering capabilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in full-stack or backend development.
  • Strong hands-on proficiency in Golang for backend application and service development.
  • Experience with SvelteKit or comparable modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining GraphQL APIs.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and scalable application design.
  • Solid SQL skills and practical experience with PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server, including database design and query optimization.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, version control, and modern software development practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to contribute to technical discussions and work effectively across teams.
