Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Zur Unterstützung einer Unternehmerfamilie suchen wir Dich als vertrauenswürdige, strukturierte und diskrete Persönlichkeit für unser Private Office. Du koordinierst eigenverantwortlich die privaten administrativen und finanziellen Themen der Familie, nimmst ihr den organisatorischen Alltag ab und sorgst dafür, dass alle Prozesse zuverlässig, fristgerecht und professionell laufen.

  • Das Rechnungs- und Zahlungsmanagement inklusive Fristenkontrolle und digitaler Ablage liegt in Deiner Verantwortung
  • Für die Steuerberatung bereitest Du die Unterlagen vor und koordinierst die private Steuererklärung
  • Als Ansprechperson stehst Du Steuerberatern und Banken in laufenden Finanzthemen zur Seite
  • Die privaten Versicherungen verwaltest Du eigenständig und kümmerst Dich um Erstattungen, Policen und Fristen
  • Administrativ betreust Du das private Immobilienportfolio und koordinierst Dienstleister und Handwerker
  • Private Verträge und Abonnements behältst Du im Blick und optimierst laufende Kosten
  • Eine strukturierte digitale Dokumentenablage baust Du auf und pflegst sie fortlaufend
  • Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zu Behörden, Notaren und externen Dienstleistern
  • Bei administrativen Sonderprojekten und weiteren organisatorischen Themen unterstützt Du die Familie

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Steuern oder Administration
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Family Office, Private Office, in der Vermögensverwaltung, Steuerberatung oder im gehobenen Assistenzbereich mit
  • Du hast eine sehr hohe Zahlenaffinität und organisatorische Stärke
  • Absolute Diskretion und Integrität sind für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und proaktiv
  • Du gehst sicher mit Microsoft 365 sowie digitalen Buchhaltungs- und Dokumentenmanagementsystemen um
  • Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
