Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Als Inbound Logistics und Export Manager spielst Du eine entscheidende Rolle in der Optimierung der Logistikabläufe, der Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften im internationalen Handeln und der Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit.

  • Du übernimmst die komplette Verantwortung und Organisation der Inbound Transporte; Selbstständige Bearbeitung der Speditions-Avise und Sicherstellung termingerechter Lieferungen sind hierbei elementar
  • Für den reibungslosen Export bereitest Du alle relevanten Zolldokumente vor oder vergibst die Erstellung an einen Broker
  • Du unterstützt bei der Artikelanlage in Form von Tarifierung
  • Du holst Speditionsangebote ein und prüfst Speditionsrechnungen
  • Auch die Klärung von Problemfällen im Inbound wie Outbound gehört dazu
  • Du fungierst als Schnittstelle und arbeitest eng mit Deinen Kollegen aus dem Supply Chain Team und aus der Logistik (Lager) sowie mit Lieferanten, Spediteuren und Kunden zusammen
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann / Speditionskauffrau oder ein Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder ähnliches
  • Du verfügst über 2-4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Inbound Logistik und im Exportmanagement
  • Du kannst ein gutes Verständnis von internationalen Handelsvorschriften und Zollverfahren vorweisen
  • Du beherrscht einen sehr guten Umgang Microsoft Office
  • Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie eine sehr gute schriftliche und verbale Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten und Multitasking ist für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Du gehst Problemstellungen mit klarem Kopf an und löst diese effizient
  • Du bist in der Lage, strenge und kurzfristige Deadlines einzuhalten
