För dig som vill leda affärskritiska ERP-transformationer – och bygga ett erbjudande från grunden

Stelltec är ett specialistbolag grundat 2022 med 15 konsulter och 100+ levererade projekt. Efter att ha etablerat Digital handel som specialisering bygger vi nu upp Affärssystem som nästa fokusområde. Nu söker vi en senior projektledare som vill leda komplexa ERP-transformationer och samtidigt vara med och forma vårt erbjudande inom området.

Det här är en roll för dig som har gedigen erfarenhet av affärssysteminitiativ i större organisationer och trivs i konsultmiljö. Du driver transformationer från förstudie och målbild till implementation, cutover, go-live och förvaltningsövergång. Hos oss verkar du som en oberoende förlängning av kundens organisation i initiativ där flera intressenter, leverantörer och systemintegratörer behöver samordnas.

Rollen kräver att du kan navigera i gränslandet mellan affär, process, IT och förändringsledning. Du skapar framdrift i komplexa miljöer och är trygg i dialogen med både ledning och leveransteam.

Det här kommer du att göra

  • Leda komplexa ERP- och affärssystemtransformationer från strategi och plattformsval till implementation och överlämning.
  • Samordna verksamhet, IT, leverantörer och systemintegratörer i miljöer med höga krav på styrning och kvalitet.
  • Bidra till att utveckla Stelltecs erbjudande inom Affärssystem tillsammans med ledningen.

Krav för rollen

  • Gedigen erfarenhet av att leda affärssystemsprojekt eller ERP-program end-to-end – från förstudie och målbild till implementation, cutover, go-live och förvaltningsövergång – ofta i miljöer med flera arbetsströmmar, externa leverantörer och höga krav på koordinering.
  • God förståelse för minst en större ERP-plattform, exempelvis SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, IFS, Infor, Oracle eller NetSuite, samt för hur affärssystem samspelar med kringliggande landskap som integrationer, CRM, BI, e-handel, PIM, WMS och andra verksamhetskritiska system.
  • Erfarenhet av upphandling, leverantörsstyrning och samarbete med systemintegratörer, där du kan balansera affärsmål, leveransrisk, budget och kvalitet.
  • Dokumenterad vana att rapportera till styrgrupp och ledning samt att förankra beslut med seniora intressenter. Du är trygg i att översätta komplexa tekniska och affärsmässiga frågor till tydliga beslutsunderlag på ledningsnivå.
  • Förståelse för centrala affärsprocesser och hur de realiseras i ett ERP.
  • Erfarenhet från konsultmiljö och vana att arbeta över olika branscher och teknikstackar.
  • Stark kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och engelska.
