Descrição da Vaga

O profissional será responsável por realizar o atendimento inicial da empresa, recepcionando clientes, visitantes e fornecedores, além de apoiar nas rotinas administrativas básicas, garantindo organização, cordialidade e eficiência no fluxo de informações.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Recepcionar clientes, visitantes e fornecedores, realizando o direcionamento adequado dentro da empresa;
  • Atender e direcionar chamadas telefônicas;
  • Realizar controle de entrada e saída de visitantes;
  • Apoiar na organização da recepção e das salas de reunião;
  • Receber, registrar e encaminhar correspondências e encomendas;
  • Prestar suporte administrativo básico aos departamentos quando necessário;
  • Auxiliar no controle de agenda de reuniões e atendimentos;
  • Garantir um atendimento cordial e profissional, contribuindo para a boa imagem da empresa.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência anterior com atendimento ao público ou recepção será um diferencial;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e postura profissional;
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Conhecimento básico em informática e pacote Office;
  • Capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipe.
