Responsibilities

  • Analyze laboratory asset and service data to identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, utilization, service efficiency, and overall program performance.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics related to laboratory assets, service delivery, downtime, repair rates, and cost of service.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), preparing monthly and quarterly reports to support program reviews and executive-level discussions.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support the development, implementation, and validation of recommendations aligned with established Client financial and operational goals.
  • Support root cause analysis of equipment failures, recurring service issues, and performance gaps to help reduce downtime, improve reliability, and control costs.
  • Maintain data integrity across asset management systems and other program databases by identifying discrepancies, resolving data quality issues, and supporting established data governance standards.
  • Partner with the Client and internal stakeholders to understand laboratory operations, equipment needs, service requirements, and business objectives.
  • Support the evaluation and optimization of laboratory asset service models, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, resource utilization, and overall value.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of standardized processes, reporting practices, and data management procedures across the program.
  • Collaborate with Program Management, Service Delivery, Service Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, communicate findings, and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Program Manager and key Client stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, reporting requirements, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to OneSource initiatives focused on laboratory optimization, operational excellence, service innovation, and cost reduction.
  • Manage competing priorities and meet established customer deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Represent OneSource and the PerkinElmer portfolio of services professionally, supporting strong client relationships and continued business growth.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
