Job Description

Für unseren Kunden im Raum Nordwestschweiz suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die als Teil eines kleinen PerkinElmer-Teams vor Ort den reibungslosen Betrieb der Laborgeräte sicherstellt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung des Kunden vor Ort gemäss OneSource-Konzept: Installation, Wartung, Reparatur und Qualifizierung von Analysegeräten im Bereich Chromatographie (HPLC, UHPLC, GC) – herstellerübergreifend
  • Planung und Durchführung der präventiven Wartungen und Requalifizierungen im CMMS des Kunden; Sicherstellung der termingerechten Erledigung
  • Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting, Dokumentation der Serviceeinsätze und Störungsbilder in den entsprechenden Systemen
  • GMP-konforme Dokumentation von Qualifizierungen nach Kundenspezifikation im Rahmen des jeweiligen QM-Systems, in enger Abstimmung mit QA
  • Beratung des Kunden zu Software-Updates, Geräte-Upgrades, Qualifizierungen sowie Prozessoptimierungen; Entscheidungsvorbereitung Reparatur vs. Ersatz
  • Management von Ersatzteilen, Werkzeugen und Prüfmitteln inkl. Sicherstellung gültiger Kalibrierungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem OneSource-Account-Team, Sales, Service Operations und dem Customer Care Team

Ihr Profil

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium (FH/ETH/Uni), bevorzugt in Chemie, Analytischer Chemie, Chemie- oder Elektrotechnik; alternativ Laborant/in EFZ Fachrichtung Chemie oder Techniker/in HF
  • Erfahrung im GxP-regulierten Umfeld
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und ein hohes Mass an Kundenorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gültiger Führerausweis Kat. B sowie Reisebereitschaft für Einsätze an weiteren Kundenstandorten
  • Gültige Arbeitsbewilligung für die Schweiz

Von Vorteil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Kundendienst oder als Laborfachkraft mit softwaregestützten Analysesystemen (LC/GC)
  • Kenntnisse in CDS (z. B. Empower, Chromeleon, OpenLab)
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
