Poszukujemy PLC/HMI Automation Engineer'a, który dołączy do zespołu software house’u specjalizującego się w projektowaniu rozwiązań informatycznych automatyzujących procesy biznesowe. Marka realizuje projekty dla polskich i międzynarodowych klientów, a także rozwija kilka własnych produktów (jednym z nich jest rozbudowana platforma e-learningowa, z której korzysta w tym momencie kilkaset tysięcy użytkowników). Dodatkowo, w ramach działu R&D firma prowadzi badania w zakresie rozszerzonej rzeczywistości, sztucznej inteligencji i deep learningu.

Miejsce pracy: Wrocław lub zdalnie (zależy nam na gotowości do wyjazdów służbowych raz w miesiącu na ok. 5 dni do site’u w Europie)

Opis oferty pracy

Twoja rola:

Dołączając do zespołu, będziesz miał/a okazję programować, konfigurować i uruchamiać systemy sterowania w projektach dla globalnego lidera branży farmaceutycznej, który obecnie wdraża system Historian PI. Poszukujemy doświadczonego specjalisty/ki, który/a swobodnie porusza się w środowisku PLC i SCADA oraz potrafi łączyć podejście inżynierskie z wymogami GMP.

Czym się zajmiesz?

  • Programowaniem i konfiguracją sterowników PLC (Siemens i/lub alternatywnie Allen Bradley)
  • Projektowaniem i wdrażaniem systemów HMI/SCADA (WinCC, FactoryTalk View)
  • Wsparciem technicznym podczas uruchomień i rozruchów u klienta w Europie
  • Weźmiesz uział w procesach walidacyjnych zgodnych z GAMP 5 i 21 CFR Part 11
  • Tworzeniem i aktualizacją dokumentacji technicznej (URS, FDS, FAT, SAT)
  • Diagnozowaniem i rozwiązywaniem problemów z systemami automatyki

Kwalifikacje

Czego oczekujemy?

  • Minimum 2-3 lat doświadczenia w pracy z PLC Siemens (TIA Portal) i Allen Bradley
  • Praktycznej znajomości HMI/SCADA (WinCC / FactoryTalk View)
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego (min. poziom B2/C1)
  • Gotowości do wyjazdów służbowych raz w miesiącu, na ok. 5 dni, do site’u w Europie
  • Mile widziane: doświadczenie w projektach CSV (Computer System Validation), znajomość sieci przemysłowych (Profinet, Ethernet/IP) oraz Certyfikaty Siemens / Rockwell Automation
