Vous êtes un véritable homme ou une femme de terrain, orienté(e) résultats, avec une forte capacité d’analyse et un goût prononcé pour l’organisation et l’amélioration continue ? Rejoignez nos opérations logistiques pour une mission temporaire au cœur de notre centre de distribution !

Votre mission

En collaboration étroite avec le Distribution Center Manager, vous assurez le pilotage quotidien des opérations et veillez à atteindre les objectifs de productivité, de qualité et de respect des délais de livraison.

Concrètement, vous :

  • Pilotez la performance opérationnelle : vous analysez les KPI, identifiez les écarts et traduisez les données en plans d’action concrets.
  • Organisez et optimisez la planification : vous adaptez les effectifs aux prévisions d’activité, anticipez les fluctuations de volumes et assurez une utilisation optimale des ressources.
  • Coordonnez les équipes terrain : vous communiquez les priorités aux Floor Leaders, les accompagnez dans leur rôle et veillez à une exécution efficace des opérations.
  • Développez l’amélioration continue : vous identifiez les opportunités d’optimisation, proposez des solutions pragmatiques et pilotez des initiatives visant à améliorer les processus logistiques.
  • Collaborez avec les autres départements pour assurer la fluidité des opérations et contribuer à la satisfaction de nos clients.
  • Veillez à la sécurité et au climat social au sein des équipes, en favorisant la collaboration et l’engagement.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d’une expérience solide en gestion opérationnelle et logistique, idéalement dans un environnement de distribution ou de préparation de commandes.
  • Vous êtes une personne de terrain, proche des équipes et capable de prendre rapidement des décisions.
  • Vous maîtrisez l’analyse des indicateurs de performance et savez en tirer des conclusions pour définir des plans d’action efficaces.
  • Vous avez de solides compétences en organisation, planification et gestion des priorités.
  • Vous êtes pragmatique, proactif(ve) et orienté(e) amélioration continue.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre communication, votre esprit de collaboration et votre capacité à mobiliser les équipes.
