Ben jij een strategische Maintenance Engineer met een passie voor zware techniek en infrastructuur? Op een van de grootste containerterminals van Europa borg jij de betrouwbaarheid en performance van onze kritische installaties. Met je technische analyses ontwikkel je toekomstgerichte onderhouds- en assetstrategieën die onze werking veilig, efficiënt en duurzaam houden. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor complexe vraagstukken en bouwt actief mee aan de terminal van morgen.

  • Je stelt duurzame en strategische onderhoudsplannen op voor kranen, rails en straddle carriers. Hierbij stuur je op midlife-renovaties en de op tijd geplande vervanging van kostbare componenten
  • Samen met de Reliability Engineer duik je in de FMECA’s om mechanische en structurele risico’s (motoren, versnellingsbakken, kraanconstructies) te minimaliseren en te vertalen naar sterke, kostenefficiënte strategieën
  • Je helpt werkplanners met grondige foutanalyses, stelt heldere eisenpakketten op voor tenders (RFQ’s) en bewaakt de technische kwaliteit van de oplevering
  • Bij de aanschaf van nieuwe kranen, carriers en spreaders ondersteun je de projectafdeling. Je beoordeelt voorstellen kritisch op levensduur en begeleidt garantieonderzoeken
  • Houd grip op de uitvoering: Je volgt uitdagende projecten op de voet, signaleert afwijkingen op tijd en geeft gericht advies om veiligheid, kwaliteit en afspraken te waarborgen
  • Master Werktuigbouwkunde, bij voorkeur gespecialiseerd in Offshore Engineering & Automatisering
  • Grondige kennis van CE-/machinerichtlijnen en ISO-normen, gecombineerd met een scherp oog voor veiligheid en de geldende standaarden
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met hydraulische systemen, lastechnieken en projectmatig werken
  • Affiniteit met of ervaring in havenmaterieel en asset management geeft je een duidelijke voorsprong
  • Een daadkrachtige probleemoplosser die analytisch denkt, helder communiceert en niet terugdeinst voor een hands-on aanpak
