Word jij als Project Management Officer (PMO) de drijvende kracht achter een grootschalige industriële transformatie? In deze uitdagende rol ondersteun je de Senior Project Manager bij de regie en realisatie van technische verbeteringen en procesmatige veranderingen binnen een dynamische magazijnomgeving. Jij bent de spil tussen analyse en praktijk: van het opstellen en bewaken van geïntegreerde projectplanningen en budgetten tot het hands-on afstemmen van aannemers en logistieke operaties op de vloer. Met jouw helikopterview, organisatorisch talent en doortastende aanpak til je de projectbeheersing binnen deze hoogtechnologische transformatie naar het hoogste niveau.

Wat ga jij allemaal doen?

  • Projectplanning en mijlpalenbeheer: Je stelt het geïntegreerde projectplan op, beheert de masterplanning en bewaakt nauwgezet de deliverables, actiepunten, mijlpalen en onderlinge afhankelijkheden.
  • Budgetbeheersing en KPI-dashboards: Je volgt projectbudgetten, kosten en prognoses proactief op en vertaalt data naar overzichtelijke KPI-dashboards en betrouwbare managementrapportages.
  • Vergaderingen en stuurgroepen voorbereiden: Je bereidt periodieke projectvergaderingen inhoudelijk voor en levert heldere, besluitvaardige documentatie aan voor de stuurgroep.
  • Stakeholdercommunicatie: Je fungeert als het centrale, verbindende aanspreekpunt voor interne belanghebbenden, technische experts, operationele teams en externe aannemers.
  • Risico- en veiligheidsbewaking: Je identificeert tijdig projectrisico's, ziet toe op de naleving van veiligheidsmaatregelen en minimaliseert de operationele impact op de lopende magazijnactiviteiten.
  • Hands-on coördinatie en escalatie: Je coördineert materiaalverplaatsingen en tijdelijke ondersteuning, zorgt voor een vlekkeloze afstemming op de werkvloer en escaleert knelpunten tijdig naar de Senior Project Manager.

Welke troeven breng jij mee?

  • Opleiding: Een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in Logistiek, Supply Chain, Bedrijfskunde, Engineering of een gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring en Kennis: Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als PMO Officer of projectcoördinator, met aantoonbare ervaring binnen warehousing, logistiek, supply chain of een zware industriële omgeving.
  • Expertise en Certificering: Gedegen inzicht in projectbeheersing, budgetopvolging en dashboarding. Een projectmanagementcertificering (zoals PMP, PRINCE2 of IPMA) en methodologische kennis van Lean of Six Sigma zijn sterke pluspunten.
  • Tools en Systemen: Uitstekende beheersing van Microsoft Excel en PowerPoint, ervaring met planningssoftware zoals MS Planner (of soortgelijke tools) en bij voorkeur kennis van SAP (modules WM, IM en/of MM).
  • Mindset & Communicatie: Een pragmatische, nauwgezette teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit, die helder communiceert op elk niveau en het overzicht bewaart binnen een dynamische werkomgeving.
