  • technische oplossingen voor HVAC- en sanitaire installaties bestuderen en uitwerken
  • lastenboeken en meetstaten opstellen
  • HVAC-installaties en hun verschillende componenten analyseren
  • pompen en ventilatoren dimensioneren en selecteren
  • elektrische schema's lezen, aanpassen en verder uitwerken
  • mollierdiagrammen opstellen en toepassen binnen technische vraagstukken
  • basisaanpassingen en technisch tekenwerk uitvoeren in AutoCAD
  • rekening houden met HVAC-regelingen, materialen en de technische werking van installaties
  • technische keuzes afstemmen met klanten, leveranciers en interne collega's
  • waken over veiligheid, kwaliteit en een correcte technische uitvoering
  • vanuit een nauwe samenwerking een stabiele en duurzame relatie met de klant opbouwen
  • Een bachelor in elektromechanica, mechanica, klimatisering of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Zo'n 5 tot 10 jaar werfervaring bij industriële klanten, bijvoorbeeld als ploegbaas of Project Engineer.
  • Ervaring met het dimensioneren en selecteren van pompen en ventilatoren.
  • Kennis van het opstellen van lastenboeken en meetstaten voor HVAC- en sanitaire installaties.
  • Ervaring met het lezen, aanpassen en uitwerken van elektrische schema's.
  • Een grondige kennis van HVAC-installaties, hun componenten en hun werking.
  • Inzicht in de verschillende onderdelen van een chiller en de kennis om deze correct te identificeren.
  • Kennis van HVAC-regelingen en een brede materialenkennis.
  • De technische bagage om met Mollierdiagrammen te werken.
  • Een basiskennis van AutoCAD.
  • Een sterke focus op veiligheid, met kennis van de voorschriften en veiligheidspraktijken op industriële sites.
  • Een professionele communicatiestijl en het vermogen om vlot af te stemmen met klanten en leveranciers.
  • Een zelfstandige werkhouding, gecombineerd met een echte teamspirit.
