Wat ga jij allemaal doen?

  • Projectmanagement & Stage Gate proces: Je overziet technische projecten van idee en detailontwerp tot definitieve oplevering volgens de Stage Gate-methodiek. Je bewaakt hierbij nauwgezet de scope, timing, budgetten en kwaliteitsnormen en verzorgt de rapportages en dossiers ter goedkeuring voor het GAC, AC en corporate niveau.
  • Stakeholdermanagement & Specificaties: Je doorgrondt de vraag van interne stakeholders (zoals Productie en Onderhoud) en vertaalt deze naar heldere werkpakketten en concrete technische specificaties, rekening houdend met de wetgeving en de nieuwste stand der techniek.
  • Teamcoördinatie & Leiderschap: Je stuurt een multidisciplinair team aan (Discipline Engineers, Designers, Construction Supervisors, HSE) en leidt periodieke projectmeetings om de voortgang, prioriteiten en onderlinge afstemming te borgen.
  • Aanbesteding & Leveranciersbeheer: Je selecteert en onderhandelt met aannemers en toeleveranciers, volgt hen kritisch op tijdens de realisatiefase en ziet toe op de contractuele opleveringsdocumentatie (zoals FAT en SAT).
  • Risicobeheer & Overdracht: Je organiseert en leidt actieve risico-analyses (waaronder HAZOP-studies) en zorgt voor een gedegen documentbeheer en een naadloze overdracht van de installaties naar Operations en Maintenance.

Welke troeven breng jij mee?

  • Opleiding: Een Masterdiploma (Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur) in een relevante technische richting, of gelijkwaardig niveau door bewezen ervaring.
  • Ervaring en Kennis: Minstens 5 tot 10 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in engineering en het succesvol managen van (multidisciplinaire) projecten in een industriële of procesomgeving.
  • Technische expertise: Brede kennis van normen en richtlijnen binnen technische disciplines (mechanica, elektriciteit, piping, constructie en machinerichtlijn). Ervaring met risico-analyses (Hazop, ISO-normen) en projectmethodologieën (zoals PMBOK of PRINCE2) is een duidelijke troef. Kennis van CAD-software, sterkteleer of FEA/CFD is een extra pluspunt.
  • Leiderschap & Competenties: Een sterk analytisch inzicht, proactieve drive en uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden. Je bent een geboren teamplayer die anderen motiveert en overtuigt door sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Communicatie en Talenkennis: Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je communiceert vlot en to the point op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie.
