Wil jij technische projecten mee in goede banen leiden, zonder zelf op de werf te moeten staan? Ben je iemand die graag het overzicht bewaart, verschillende partijen op elkaar afstemt en ervoor zorgt dat alles vlot verloopt? Dan is deze functie als Junior Projectleider Techniek misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging! In deze rol ligt de focus volledig op projectcoördinatie, planning en opvolging. Je vormt de schakel tussen het technische team en het management en zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende deelprojecten efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

Projecten coördineren en opvolgen

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van kleinere, afgebakende technische deelprojecten. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het organiseren en voorzien van vloeibare stikstof.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat de nodige middelen en afspraken tijdig geregeld zijn.

Planning en organisatie bewaken

  • Je houdt het overzicht over de verschillende activiteiten, stemt de planning af met de betrokken partijen en volgt de gemaakte afspraken op. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren en wanneer.

Samenwerken met het technische team

  • Je werkt nauw samen met de aanwezige techniekers, die instaan voor de praktische uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. Jij focust op de organisatorische en coördinerende kant van het project; je hoeft dus zelf geen uitvoerend werk op de werf te doen.
  • Daarnaast werk je samen met een rapporteur die instaat voor de rapportering en de opvolging richting het management.

Aanwezigheid op locatie

  • Je werkt voornamelijk op locatie in de regio Brussel, waar je nauw betrokken blijft bij de lopende projecten. Daarnaast is er ruimte voor flexibiliteit dankzij één dag telewerk per week.

We zoeken een organisatorisch sterke professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen technisch projectmanagement.

  • Je hebt een technische of operationele achtergrond en interesse in projectmanagement.
  • Je hebt technische achtergrond in: elektromechanica, HVAC en/of industriële installaties.
  • Je bent sterk in planning, organisatie en het bewaken van deadlines.
  • Je communiceert vlot en stemt gemakkelijk af met verschillende betrokken partijen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, houdt het overzicht en volgt afspraken nauwgezet op.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je hebt de ambitie om te groeien als projectleider, of je wilt jouw bestaande ervaring in projectcoördinatie verder uitbouwen.
