Ben jij een geboren organisator met een passie voor techniek en een neus voor commerciële opportuniteiten? Wil je uitdagende projecten in brandbeveiliging van begin tot eind in goede banen leiden? Dan is deze functie als Project Manager Fire Protection misschien wel jouw volgende stap!

Je stuurt projecten aan van ontwerp tot oplevering binnen een groeiende omgeving die gespecialiseerd is in brandbeveiliging en sprinklersystemen. Je werkt mee aan uitdagende realisaties voor industriële en commerciële klanten en krijgt de ruimte om je expertise verder uit te bouwen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • actief deelnemen aan teammeetings met collega’s, tekenaars en operationele managers om de voortgang van projecten op te volgen
  • projectdoelstellingen en klantverwachtingen begrijpen en vertalen naar concrete oplossingen
  • sterke relaties opbouwen met klanten en partners
  • commerciële opportuniteiten detecteren voor nieuwe opdrachten
  • projecten beheren van opstart tot oplevering
  • instaan voor planning, organisatie en materialenbeheer
  • offertes en prijzen presenteren en bespreken met klanten
  • onderhandelen om tot duidelijke afspraken en overeenkomsten te komen
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement, bij voorkeur in brandbeveiliging of een verwante sector zoals piping, industrie of HVAC.
  • Je combineert sterke communicatieve vaardigheden met commercieel inzicht.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt vooruit en gaat gestructureerd te werk.
