Als Project Manager Koeling & Verwarming combineer je technische kennis met organisatorisch talent en een sterke feeling voor klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat serviceprojecten vlot verlopen, techniekers optimaal kunnen werken en klanten kunnen rekenen op kwalitatieve oplossingen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • belanghebbenden identificeren en actief betrekken bij projecten
  • projectplannen en projectschema’s opstellen en opvolgen
  • voortgang van projecten monitoren en risico’s tijdig detecteren
  • techniekers aansturen en zorgen dat deadlines en doelstellingen worden bereikt
  • klanten technisch en commercieel adviseren als aanspreekpunt voor service cooling
  • een duurzame relatie met klanten onderhouden en opportuniteiten detecteren
  • offertes opstellen en opvolgen
  • materiaal bestellen en leveringen opvolgen
  • afstemmen met onderaannemers
  • planningen opmaken en het serviceteam coördineren
  • budgetten en middelen van projecten beheren
  • vragen of problemen van klanten behandelen en oplossen
  • gerealiseerde projecten evalueren en verbetermogelijkheden identificeren
  • raporteren rechtstreeks aan de Department Manager

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektromechanica, klimatisatie, koeltechnieken, elektriciteit, onderhoudstechnologie, energietechnologie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Ervaring met projectmanagement en het opvolgen van technische projecten.
  • Kennis van werkvoorbereiding, offerteopmaak en projectadministratie.
  • Een goede technische basis in koelinstallaties, koelsystemen en HVAC-technologie.
  • Een gestructureerde aanpak en het vermogen om verschillende projecten en prioriteiten tegelijk te beheren.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Het talent om vlot samen te werken met techniekers, klanten, leveranciers en andere partners.
  • Een scherp oog voor service, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
