The posting

Binnen jouw scope bewaak en optimaliseer je de prestaties, beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van kranen en rollend materieel op basis van KPI's (zoals uptime, storingen en responstijden).

  • Als leidinggevende van de afdelingen Kraandienst en Rollend Materieel coach en ontwikkel je je teams, stimuleer je samenwerking over afdelingen heen (zoals Onderhoudsplanning en Reliability Engineering) en bouw je aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur.
  • Het vertalen van strategische asset management-doelstellingen naar concrete onderhoudsprioriteiten, een optimale inzet van middelen en initiatieven die de efficiëntie verhogen.
  • In de rol van contract manager stuur je onderhouds- en servicecontracten aan: je bewaakt SLA's en KPI's, evalueert leveranciersprestaties, initieert verbeteracties en ondersteunt aanbestedingen in samenwerking met Procurement en Legal.
  • Bovendien neem je tactische en operationele beslissingen binnen jouw domein, fungeer je als escalatiepunt bij technische uitdagingen en ondersteun je de Director Engineering & Facilities in strategische overleg- en besluitvormingsprocessen.
  • Een masterdiploma in Engineering of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding, aangevuld met minstens 10 jaar ervaring in een technische of industriële omgeving, waarvan meerdere jaren in een leidinggevende rol.
  • Je hebt ervaring met CAPEX projecten.
  • Diepgaande expertise in asset management, onderhoudsstrategieën en het operationeel beheer van kritieke technische assets binnen een asset-intensieve omgeving.
  • Sterke ervaring met contract- en leveranciersmanagement, inclusief het definiëren, opvolgen en verbeteren van prestatiecontracten en Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
  • Je combineert analytisch inzicht met sterke vaardigheden als people manager en communicator, werkt vlot samen met diverse stakeholders en drukt je professioneel uit in het Nederlands en Engels.
