Voor een nieuw strategisch project in regio van Bristol, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, in samenwerking met onze partner, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Technisch Project Manager

Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor de overkoepelende opvolging van een meerjarig conversieproject van een LNG-installatie (Liquefied Natural Gas) naar LPG (propaan). Tegelijk wordt de basis gelegd voor het toekomstige operationele beheer.

Het traject duurt ongeveer 2 jaar en loopt van detailed engineering en bouw tot oplevering en de eerste weken van de operaties. Na oplevering ondersteun je het lokale operationele team bij een vlotte en duurzame overdracht.

Je zorgt ervoor dat het project vooruitgaat, dat afspraken worden nagekomen en dat de juiste beslissingen op het juiste moment worden genomen.

  • Je bewaakt de globale voortgang, planning, budgetten en mijlpalen.
  • Je zorgt voor een sterke sense of urgency binnen het project.
  • Je daagt het lokale team uit op kwaliteit, efficiëntie en het respecteren van deadlines.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de lokale projectmanager.
  • Je rapporteert periodiek aan de directie over voortgang, risico’s en beslissingspunten.
  • Je begeleidt het project van detailed engineering, via de bouwfase, tot oplevering en de eerste weken van operaties.
  • Na oplevering ondersteun je het lokale operationele team om een vlotte transitie te verzekeren.
  • Je focus ligt niet op de dagelijkse operationele aansturing, maar op de overkoepelende opvolging en bewaking van het project.

Je werkt vanuit het Verenigd Koninkrijk., met sporadische verplaatsingen naar het projectteam in Antwerpen en het studiebureau in Spanje.

  • Master in Ingenieurswetenschappen, bijvoorbeeld Bouwkunde, Proceschemie of Elektromechanica

Technische ervaring:

  • Gedegen ervaring in technische projectomgevingen binnen Europa.
  • Ervaring in het Verenigd Koninkrijk is een sterke troef.
  • Ervaring met liquide bulk en/of gassen (LPG, LNG …);
  • Ervaring in tankterminals en tankbouw of tankomvorming;
  • Ervaring met: o Marine infrastructuur zoals marine loading arms; o Ondergrondse of geboorde pijpleidingen; o Truck loading stations;
  • Aantoonbare end-to-end projectervaring: van detailed engineering tot commissioning en opstart
  • Ervaring in samenwerking met EPC-contractoren (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)
  • Kennis van of ervaring met COMAH/SEVESO-regelgeving.

Persoonlijke kwaliteiten:

  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels;
  • Productie- en resultaatgedreven;
  • Actiegericht, besluitvaardig en hands-on ingesteld;
  • Sterk in stakeholdermanagement en communicatie;
  • Kan teams challengen op een constructieve manier;
  • Gedijt goed in een ondernemende omgeving waarbij je zelfverantwoordelijkheid kan nemen.
