Newrest ist im Auftrag der ÖBB verantwortlich für den Service, das Catering und die betrieblichen Tätigkeiten an Bord der ÖBB NightJets.

Ob die Führung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Housekeeping-Teams, die Qualitätssicherung oder die Umsetzung von Hygienemaßnahmen - dich erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe mit viel Organisation, Kommunikation und Verantwortung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Optimierung und Sicherstellung der Reinigungsprozesse sowie Hyqienestandards am Zug
  • Vorbereitung & Betreuung von Audits
  • Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Mitarbeiter:innengesprächen sowie Schulungen und Unterweisungen zu Reinigung, Hygiene und Sicherheit
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsabläufen, Dienstbeschreibungen und Schulungsunterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination, Optimierung und Überwachung der Reinigungsprozesse
  • Durchführung von Briefings sowie Sicherstellung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards in Schlaf-, Liege- und Sitzwagen
  • Auswertung von Berichten, Pflege von Statistiken und Dokumentation von Maßnahmen
  • Protokollierung von Meetings und Abläufen
  • Unterstützung bei der Wagenplanung z. B. bei Wageneinsatz, Änderungen, Ausfällen und Buchungssperren

Das bringst du mit

  • Denkmal-, Fassaden- und Gebäudereinigungsmeister:in gem. ÖNORM D 2040
  • Interesse am Reinigungsbereich und an qualitätssichernden Prozessen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Housekeeping
  • Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Reisebereitschaft für Einsätze an verschiedenen Standorten
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse und sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und Word)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Loyalität und Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Hands-On-Mentalität und vernetztes Denken
