Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Dipl. Pflegefachperson. Deine Aufgaben

- Durchführung der Langzeitpflege von Bewohnenden

- Führen der Pflegedokumentation mittels easyDok

- Treffen sicherer Entscheidungen in Notfallsituationen

- Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Pflegeteam

- Anwendung des interRAI LTCF-Assessments

- Sicherstellung einer fachlich kompetenten Pflege und Betreuung

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF, DN II oder AKP

- Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege erforderlich

- Eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein

- Ausgeprägter Teamgeist und kooperative Zusammenarbeit

- Sicheres Entscheidungsverhalten in Notfallsituationen

- Versierter Umgang mit Pflegedokumentation easyDok

- Erfahrung als interRAI LTCF-Supervisor:in von Vorteil
