Unser Auftraggeber ist ein etabliertes Alterszentrum in der Region Aarau, das rund 100 Bewohnenden auf drei Wohnhäusern ein Zuhause bietet und sich der Förderung ihrer Autonomie verschrieben hat. Dank eines modernen, wertschätzenden Arbeitsumfelds und einer ruhigen, gut erreichbaren Lage gegenüber dem Bahnhof zeichnet sich die Institution als attraktive Arbeitgeberin im Pflegebereich aus. Zur Verstärkung des bestehenden Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und empathische Persönlichkeit als Dipl. Pflegefachperson für den Tagdienst (50% bis 80%). Deine Aufgaben

- Gewährleistung einer professionellen und ganzheitlichen Pflege am Tag

- Erkennung individueller Bedürfnisse und Notfallsituationen der Bewohnenden

- Mitwirkung in der Qualitätssicherung der Pflege

- Unterstützung bei Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität

- Führung der elektronischen Pflegedokumentation

- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Berufsgruppen

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF/FH

- Hohe Sozial- und Fachkompetenz

- Selbständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise

- IT-Affinität für elektronische Pflegedokumentation
