Unser Auftraggeber ist ein etabliertes Alters- und Pflegeheim in der Schweiz, das für seine familiäre Atmosphäre sowie den respektvollen und individuellen Umgang mit Bewohnenden bekannt ist. Das Haus legt grossen Wert auf eine wertschätzende Teamkultur und bietet seinen Mitarbeitenden ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld mit vielfältigen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten. Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung engagierte Persönlichkeiten als Pflegefachperson 50-80 %. Deine Aufgaben

- Gewährleistung einer qualifizierten, professionellen und respektvollen Pflege

- Übernahme der Hausverantwortung

- Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende, Bewohnende und Angehörige

- Übernahme von Aufgaben als Bezugsperson

- Dokumentation der Pflege

- Planung und Begleitung von Arztvisiten

- Ausführung von Arztvisiten

- Hohe Selbst- und Sozialkompetenz
