Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und vertrauenswürdige Persönlichkeit als HR Generalist 50% - 60% (m/w/d). Deine Aufgaben

  • Verarbeitung der Lohnabrechnung und Sozialversicherungsfälle
  • Unterstützung von Führungskräften beim Ein- und Austrittsprozess
  • Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Datenqualität im Personalwesen
  • Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Prozess- und Systemoptimierung
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen zur Unterstützung des Personalcontrollings
  • Abstimmung von Konten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzabteilung
  • Betreuung sämtlicher Phasen des Mitarbeiterzyklus
  • Überwachung und Koordination von Abwesenheiten der Belegschaft

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens drei Jahre Praxis in Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Kaufmännische Grundbildung mit eidg. HR-Fachausweis
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und Prozessdenken
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Software
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fundiertes Fachwissen im Personalwesen
  • Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber Digitalisierung und KI-Themen
  • Vertrauenswürdige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
