Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Operativer Einkäufer 100%. Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Bestellvorschlägen und Auslösung der Bestellungen
  • Verhandlung von Preisen und Konditionen mit Lieferanten
  • Erstellung von Rahmenverträgen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Lieferantenstammdaten
  • Kontrolle von Lieferterminen bei Bestellungen und Lohnfertigungen
  • Erfassung von Auftragsbestätigungen und Angeboten
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse
  • Klärung von Fehlbeständen und Inventurdifferenzen
  • Prüfung und Überwachung vereinbarter Lieferbedingungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation Einkauf
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkaufsumfeld eines Produktionsbetriebs
  • Versierter Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und rasche Auffassungsgabe
  • Zuverlässige, präzise und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Freude an Zusammenarbeit
  • Vernetztes, analytisches Denkvermögen
