Unser Auftraggeber ist eine der grösseren Spitex-Organisationen im Kanton Aargau und betreut mit rund 125 Mitarbeitenden ein Einzugsgebiet von ca. 38'500 Einwohnenden in der Region Heitersberg West und unteres Reusstal. Als moderner und innovativer Betrieb legt das Unternehmen grossen Wert auf eine wertschätzende Kultur sowie professionelle, bedarfsgerechte Pflege. Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Teamleitung Pflege 80-100%. Deine Aufgaben

- Organisatorische und personelle Führung von rund 20 Mitarbeitenden

- Überblick über fachlich komplexe Situationen im Einzugsgebiet

- Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team Fachentwicklung

- Sicherstellung einer bedarfsgerechten und professionellen Pflege

- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teamleitungen zur Teamentwicklung

- Gestaltung einer konstruktiven Fehler- und Feedbackkultur

- Pflege eines wohlwollenden und wertschätzenden Umgangs mit Mitarbeitenden

- Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF oder FH

- Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung im Pflegebereich

- Führungsweiterbildung oder Bereitschaft zu deren Absolvierung

- Hohe Selbst- und Sozialkompetenz als Persönlichkeit

- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse erforderlich

- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Spitex-Betrieb

- Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Perigon von Vorteil
