Newsecis tähendab hindamine enamat kui lihtsalt numbreid. See on teadmiste ja analüüside jagamine, mis aitavad klientidel teha paremaid otsuseid, luua usaldust ja kasvatada pikaajalist väärtust.

Ärikinnisvara hindajana meie Tallinna tiimis oled selle kõige keskmes – koostad kvaliteetseid hindamisi ja turuanalüüse, mis mõjutavad päriselt meie klientide äriotsuseid.

Sinu töö aitab klientidel langetada üht nende olulisemat otsust – kinnisvara väärtuse määramist. Sa tood selgust keerulistesse olukordadesse ning tagad, et iga hindamine põhineb kvaliteedil, usaldusel ja teadmispõhisel analüüsil.

Sinu peamised ülesanded

  • Kinnisvara hindamiste koostamine vastavalt Eesti standarditele.
  • Objektide ülevaatused ja turuandmete kogumine.
  • Selgete ja struktureeritud hindamisaruannete ning turuanalüüside koostamine.
  • Osalemine erialastel seminaridel ja rahvusvahelistes koostööprojektides.

Ootused kandidaadile

  • Kinnisvarahindaja kutsetase 5 või 6 (koos sooviga edasi areneda).
  • Vähemalt 3-aastane töökogemus, huvi ärikinnisvara hindamise vastu.
  • Analüütiline mõtlemine, täpsus ja iseseisev tööstiil.
  • Eesti ja inglise keele valdamine; vene keel tuleb kasuks.
  • Kehtiv juhiluba ja valmisolek tööalasteks sõitudeks.
