Position Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders, following all dealership and factory standards. Drain, replace, and refill oil; replace oil and air filters. Inspect and replenish vehicle fluid levels as needed. Check and adjust tire pressure. Communicate effectively with the parts department to obtain required parts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Account for dealership-owned tools and equipment. Operate all tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of needed repairs. Provide accurate estimates of additional repair times. Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines. Qualifications: Strong desire to learn, grow, and improve. Physical ability to work with automotive tools and equipment. Team-player attitude with excellent collaboration skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence. Outstanding customer service skills. Basic computer proficiency. Positive, professional demeanor with a strong work ethic. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
