Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aufbau, Kalibrierung und Betrieb von Test-, Validierungs- und Kalibrierstationen für optische 3D-Koordinaten-Messsysteme und Industrie-Robotersysteme
  • Durchführung von Messungen im Bereich optischer geometrischer Koordinaten-Messtechnik sowie Analyse und Bewertung, Reproduzierbarkeiten und Messunsicherheiten unter Berücksichtigung relevanter Normen (GUM, ISO10360) und Kundenvorgaben (VDA 5)
  • Entwicklung, Optimierung und Validierung von Kalibrier- und Serviceroutinen für komplexe geometrische Koordinaten-Messsysteme
  • Erstellung und Dokumentation von Best Practices für Aufbau, Kalibrierung, Inbetriebnahme und Service von optischen 3D-Koordinaten-Messsystemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung neuer Produkte, Prototypen und technischer Lösungen
  • Abstimmung technischer Anforderungen mit internen Entwicklungsbereichen sowie externen Partnern und Lieferanten
  • Analyse technischer Fehlerbilder sowie Unterstützung im 2nd-Level-Support und Troubleshooting
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Software-, Sensor- und Systementwicklung sowie Produktion, Projektmanagement und Inbetriebnahme
  • Unterstützung bei internationalen Kundeneinsätzen, Rollouts, Inbetriebnahmen und technischen Trainings
  • Schulung und fachlicher Austausch mit internen Kollegen und Team

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Master/Diplom) im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Physik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Messtechnik, Validierung, Laborumfeld oder optische 3D-Koordinaten-Messsysteme
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Analyse, Bewertung und Optimierung komplexer technischer Systeme
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für Messgenauigkeit, Reproduzierbarkeit, Kalibrierung und technische Validierung von Koordinatenmesstechnik
  • Analytische und strukturierte Denkweise sowie Erfahrung in der Lösung technischer Problemstellungen
  • Programmierkenntnisse in Python, Octave oder Ähnlichem sind von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Koordinatensystemen, Transformationen, Statistik und relevanten messtechnischen Normen
  • Erfahrung mit Industrie-Robotersystemen und optischer Koordinaten-Messtechnik von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen internationalen Kundeneinsätzen
