We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Temenos Transact (T24) and Tax & Regulatory Reporting to support a major Wealth Management transformation programme across Asia and Europe.

The role focuses on FATCA, CRS, Qualified Intermediary (QI), withholding taxes, and transactional taxes, ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless integration across core banking, securities, corporate actions, and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis and requirements gathering for Tax & Regulatory Reporting within Temenos Transact.
  • Provide functional expertise on FATCA, CRS, QI, US withholding taxes, and transactional taxes, including stamp duties.
  • Analyze client tax classifications, withholding calculations, treaty eligibility, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Support tax configurations and processing across Securities Trading, Corporate Actions, Cash, FX, and Structured Products.
  • Produce detailed BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and data mappings.
  • Identify functional gaps across European and Asian operations and recommend standardized solutions.
  • Collaborate with Tax, Compliance, Operations, Front Office, and technology teams on solution design and system integration.
  • Coordinate with Temenos and implementation partners on system configuration, enhancements, and regulatory changes.
  • Lead functional testing, SIT/UAT coordination, data migration, and production implementation activities.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, manage project risks, and ensure alignment with governance and delivery standards.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or hands-on Project Manager within Banking or Wealth Management.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Temenos Transact (T24), particularly tax-related configurations and processing.
  • Expertise in FATCA, CRS, QI, withholding taxes, and regulatory reporting.
  • Good understanding of client tax referential data, tax residency, beneficial ownership, treaty rates, and tax documentation (W-8/W-9).
  • Experience with Securities Trading, Corporate Actions, and income processing, including tax determination and reporting.
  • Proven experience preparing BRDs, functional specifications, data mappings, and business process documentation.
  • Strong understanding of banking system integration, data flows, and regulatory reporting platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, SIT/UAT, and production support.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across international teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, and system integration technologies is advantageous.

Nice to Have: Experience with German Tax Reporting (SECTRAS), Swiss Stamp Taxes, IRS 1042/1042-S reporting, and Temenos Transact R24 implementations.
