Jouw rol

Als Belastingadviseur Loonheffingen ben je een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor klanten en collega’s. Je pakt zelfstandig dossiers op, maar werkt altijd samen binnen een multidisciplinair team van belastingadviseurs, juristen, salarisprofessionals en HR-adviseurs.

Je adviseert over uiteenlopende loonheffingsvraagstukken, zoals internationale uitzendingen, workations, cafetariaregelingen en de werkkostenregeling. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen loonheffingen en weet je verbanden te leggen met andere fiscale en HR-vraagstukken. Je begeleidt junior belastingadviseurs en draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het team.

Wat ga je doen

  • Zelfstandig adviseren over nationale en internationale loonheffingsvraagstukken
  • Actief deelnemen aan en leiden van klantgesprekken
  • Uitvoeren en beoordelen van complexe analyses en risico-inschattingen
  • Beoordelen en aanvragen van 30%-regelingen, A1-verklaringen en kaderovereenkomsten
  • Meewerken aan (internationale) uitzendingstrajecten, WKR-analyses en cafetariaregelingen
  • Delen van kennis en coachen van junior collega’s

Dit heb je

  • Een afgeronde wo-opleiding in fiscale of economische richting
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen loonheffingen
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in klantcontact en neemt eigenaarschap over je dossiers
  • Je werkt graag samen, maar kunt ook zelfstandig beslissingen nemen
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en denkt proactief mee met klant en team
