Je werkt aan complexe vraagstukken voor multinationals en internationale familiebedrijven en bent een vertrouwde sparringpartner op strategisch niveau.

Jouw rol

Als Senior Belastingadviseur Loonheffingen ben je inhoudelijk sterk, ondernemend en verbindend. Je neemt de regie over complexe dossiers en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als collega’s. Binnen multidisciplinaire teams werk je nauw samen met belastingadviseurs, juristen, salarisprofessionals en HR-adviseurs.

Je adviseert over uiteenlopende loonheffingsvraagstukken, zoals internationale uitzendingen, workations, cafetariaregelingen en de werkkostenregeling. Daarbij kijk je verder dan jouw eigen vakgebied en leg je moeiteloos de verbinding met andere fiscale en HR-gerelateerde onderwerpen. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in de ontwikkeling van het team door junior collega’s te begeleiden en kennis te delen.

Wat ga je doen

  • Zelfstandig adviseren over complexe nationale en internationale loonheffingsvraagstukken
  • Leiden en inhoudelijk sturen van klantgesprekken
  • Uitvoeren en beoordelen van diepgaande analyses en risico-inschattingen
  • Beoordelen en aanvragen van 30%-regelingen, A1-verklaringen en kaderovereenkomsten
  • Meewerken aan (internationale) uitzendingstrajecten, WKR-analyses en cafetariaregelingen
  • Coachen en begeleiden van junior belastingadviseurs en actief bijdragen aan kennisontwikkeling binnen het team

Dit heb je

  • Een afgeronde wo-opleiding in fiscale of economische richting
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen het vakgebied loonheffingen
  • Je voelt je thuis in klantcontact en neemt eigenaarschap over je dossiers
  • Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen zelfstandig werken en samenwerken in teamverband
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en denkt proactief mee met zowel klant als organisatie
