Als Senior Manager Loonheffingen bij Newtone speel je een sleutelrol in de verdere uitbouw van onze loonheffingenpraktijk. Je adviseert toonaangevende (inter)nationale klanten op hoog niveau én geeft richting aan het team en de dienstverlening van morgen.

In deze rol beweeg je je op het snijvlak van inhoud, strategie en ondernemerschap. Je denkt mee over de lange termijn, signaleert kansen in de markt en vertaalt deze naar concrete proposities. Tegelijkertijd blijf je inhoudelijk scherp betrokken bij complexe dossiers. Je werkt in een innovatieve omgeving waar technologie, data en multidisciplinaire samenwerking centraal staan.

Jouw rol

Als Senior Manager Loonheffingen ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor complexe adviestrajecten en fungeer je als trusted advisor voor klanten op strategisch en tactisch niveau. Je stuurt teams aan, bewaakt kwaliteit en zorgt voor samenhang binnen projecten. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met partners en managers binnen Tax, HR, Legal en Payroll.

Je bent niet alleen inhoudelijk expert, maar ook coach en leider. Je begeleidt senior en junior collega’s in hun ontwikkeling, stimuleert kennisdeling en draagt actief bij aan de positionering en groei van de loonheffingenpraktijk binnen Newtone.

Wat ga je doen

  • Adviseren van (inter)nationale klanten over complexe en strategische loonheffingsvraagstukken
  • Eindverantwoordelijk leidinggeven aan nationale en internationale adviestrajecten
  • Actief onderhouden en uitbouwen van klantrelaties en signaleren van commerciële kansen
  • Beoordelen en aansturen van complexe analyses, risico-inschattingen en adviesproducten
  • Strategische betrokkenheid bij onderwerpen als internationale mobiliteit, WKR, cafetariaregelingen en arbeidsvoorwaardenstructuren
  • Coachen, begeleiden en beoordelen van (senior) belastingadviseurs
  • Bijdragen aan vaktechnische ontwikkeling, innovatie en marktpositionering van de loonheffingenpraktijk

Dit heb je

  • Een afgeronde wo-opleiding in fiscale of economische richting
  • Minimaal 8 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen loonheffingen, bij voorkeur in een adviserende omgeving
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen van teams en complexe klanttrajecten
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijke advies- en leiderschapsstijl
  • Commercieel inzicht en het vermogen om kansen te vertalen naar duurzame klantrelaties
  • Strategisch denkvermogen, gecombineerd met vakinhoudelijke diepgang en besluitvaardigheid
