Als Senior Salarisprofessional heb je een cruciale rol in het succes van onze klanten. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor een vlekkeloze salarisverwerking, maar ook een strategische partner die kansen signaleert en optimalisaties doorvoert. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen operationele taken en tactisch advies, waarbij je klanten en betrokken stakeholders begeleidt in een continu veranderend landschap van wet- en regelgeving.

Met jouw expertise draag je direct bij aan het professionaliseren van salarisadministraties en het versterken van klantrelaties. Je adviseert niet alleen, maar inspireert ook door innovatieve oplossingen aan te dragen, processen te verbeteren en technologie optimaal in te zetten. Daarnaast ben je een mentor voor andere payroll professional collega's en help je hen groeien in hun rol.

Jouw rol

  • Je beheert en verwerkt complexe salarisadministraties voor meerdere klanten.
  • Je adviseert klanten over salarisverwerking, wet- en regelgeving en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Je analyseert en verbetert salarisprocessen om efficiëntie en nauwkeurigheid te verhogen.
  • Je coördineert en optimaliseert salarisprocessen en de inrichting van salarissoftware.
  • Je beheert klantrelaties en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor salaris gerelateerde vragen.
  • Je begeleidt en coacht junior salarisprofessionals binnen het team.
  • Je draag actief bij aan innovatie binnen salarisadministratie door inzet van nieuwe technologieën en automatisering.

Dit heb je

  • Hbo/wo werk- en denkniveau, met minimaal 8-10 jaar ervaring in salarisadministratie.
  • Uitgebreide kennis van diverse salarissoftwaresystemen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om langdurige klantrelaties op te bouwen.
  • Zelfstandigheid en pro activiteit in het verbeteren en optimaliseren van processen.
