The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our Content Operations team. This internship is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and eager to gain hands-on experience coordinating game development projects. If you bring positive energy, curiosity, and a results-oriented mindset, we would love to hear from you!

As a Project Management Intern – Content Operations, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of content projects. You will assist the team with day-to-day project coordination while gaining practical experience in project management, localization, and content operations workflows.

What You Will Do

  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of content projects by tracking timelines, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
  • Support coordination across cross-functional teams and help facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and team members.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining project documentation, trackers, meeting notes, and progress reports.
  • Assist with coordinating localization workflows across multiple projects.
  • Support collaboration with external developers, vendors, and freelancers on outsourced projects.
  • Help identify project risks, dependencies, or blockers and escalate them to the relevant team members.
  • Support research and contribute to improvements in internal project management processes and workflows.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks requested by Content team members.

Should Have

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university.
  • Desired Majors: Computer Science, Game Design and Development, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and workflows is an advantage.
  • A passion for game development, digital content, and emerging technologies.
  • Previous internship, academic project, or extracurricular experience involving project coordination is a plus.
