Pour notre département Projets, nous recherchons un/une :

Chef de projet \- Projektleiter Energie/Télécom

Vos responsabilités :

  • Elaborer des offres techniques et commerciales.
  • Piloter plusieurs projets en garantissant le respect des délais, coûts, qualité et exigences contractuelles.
  • Réaliser et valider les études techniques et concepts d’exécution en collaboration avec le bureau d'études et commander le matériel nécessaire.
  • Lancer en appel d’offres les travaux à sous\-traiter, négocier les conditions techniques et financières, et formaliser les commandes.
  • Assurer l’interface avec les clients tout au long du projet.
  • Définir les choix techniques et les produits à installer, en optimisant les solutions selon les contraintes techniques, économiques et planning.
  • Piloter et coordonner les travaux d'installation en collaboration avec le superviseur du chantier.
  • Suivre les besoins des clients liés au service après\-vente.
  • Coordonner avec les départements internes (BE, achats, logistique, qualité, HSE et finance) et externes (clients, sous\-traitants, tierces parties et fournisseurs).
  • Assurer le suivi financier du projet : gestion des coûts et des écarts, coordination de la facturation.
  • Etablir les dossiers de fin de projet « as\-built ».
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus internes.
  • Anticiper, informer et engager les actions nécessaires pour assurer la santé et la sécurité des personnes et pérennité des biens
  • Déplacements ponctuels à prévoir à l'étranger
  • Contribuer au développement commercial en assurant le suivi d'offres et de clients clés

Vos compétences :

HES\-SO ou EPFL

Langues : çais (B2 minimum) et allemand obligatoire (C1/C2\). L'anglais est un plus.

Nous recherchons une personne ayant :

  • Un bon sens de la collaboration
  • Compétences en matière de communication et de contact
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles avec un savoir\-faire en matière de planification et de définition des priorités
  • rigueur dans les détails et intérêt pour le marché des ventes
