The posting

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich:

  • Aufnahme und Dokumentation von Geschäftsprozessen sowie Identifikation von Schwachstellen und Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Erhebung, Bereinigung und Auswertung von Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen (z. B. ERP-Systeme, Datenbanken, APIs)
  • Erstellung von Berichten, Dashboards und Visualisierungen, um Entscheidungen für unsere Kunden datenbasiert zu unterstützen
  • Modellierung und Analyse von Soll- und Ist-Prozessen – auch mit Process-Mining-Methoden und -Tools
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Prozessautomatisierungen (z. B. RPA, Low-Code/No-Code-Plattformen), um manuelle Abläufe effizienter und fehlerresistenter zu gestalten
  • Entwicklung und Integration von KI-gestützten Lösungen, z. B. zur Mustererkennung, Prozessunterstützung oder intelligenten Auswertung von Daten
  • Analyse von Digitalisierungspotenzialen bei unseren Kunden – von der papierbasierten Ablage bis zum komplexen Medienbruch
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten, z. B. Einführung digitaler Workflows, cloudbasierter Prozesse oder Service-Portale
  • Entwicklung von Mensch-Maschine-Schnittstellen und kundenspezifischen Anwendungen auf Basis moderner Plattformen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen und Kunden, um Anforderungen zu verstehen und in technische Lösungen zu übersetzen
  • Qualitätssicherung von Daten und Prozessen, um verlässliche Ergebnisse und nachvollziehbare Abläufe zu gewährleisten

Wir wünschen uns von dir:

  • Bock auf Daten, Prozesse & neue Technologien, gerne auch mit ersten Erfahrungen im Umgang mit KI-Tools, z. B. ChatGPT oder Claude
  • Analytisches Denken und Spaß daran, Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und Abläufe zu hinterfragen
  • Interesse an Themen wie Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und datengetriebenen Lösungen
  • Lernbereitschaft & Eigeninitiative, du wartest nicht, bis jemand anderes eine Lösung findet
  • Zuverlässigkeit & Sorgfalt, gerade bei der Arbeit mit Daten kommt es auf Genauigkeit an
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B (nice to have)
  • Ein kurzer Hospitationstag vorab – zum Reinschnuppern & Kennenlernen
