Vi söker inte någon som vill testa Copilot. Vi söker någon som sätter riktning för hur AI används, ansvarsfullt, skalbart och affärsdrivet i stora organisationer.

Du har sannolikt sett vad som händer när organisationer går från experiment till verklighet. När frågor om informationssäkerhet, governance, compliance och förändringsledning avgör om AI skapar värde, eller bara brus.

Du kan Microsoft 365. Du förstår Copilot. Men framför allt förstår du hur teknik, människor och styrning måste hänga ihop för att AI ska fungera över tid. Du förstår att WorkIQ och att tänka kreativt kan skapa stora affärsvärden, och du är nyfiken!

Om rollen

Du rör dig obehindrat mellan ledningsgrupp, workshop och implementation. Ena dagen diskuterar du AI‑governance, dataskydd och risk med säkerhetsansvariga. Nästa dag hjälper du verksamheten att förstå hur Copilot förändrar arbetssätt, beslut och produktivitet. Och du är mer intresserad av riktning än av färdiga facit. Du tar kunder från första användning av Copilot, till skalbara, styrda AI‑initiativ och vidare mot mer automatiserade, agentdrivna arbetssätt.

Hos oss får du:

  • Vara med och forma hur organisationer arbetar med Copilot, AI och compliance.
  • Arbeta nära kunder, Microsoft och tekniken – utan onödiga lager.
  • Kombinera strategiska dialoger med praktiskt genomförande.
  • Driva långsiktiga AI- och Copilotprogram där governance och informationssäkerhet är en självklar del.
  • Arbeta i en hybrid roll som arkitekt, projektledare och teknisk specialist.

Och framför allt:

  • Arbeta över hela Microsoft‑plattformen – Data & AI, Security, M365 och Dynamics 365.
  • Inte i en silo, utan med insikter från hela verksamheten.

Det är så man bygger AI som faktiskt skalar - på riktigt.

  • Leder workshops, utbildningar och strategiska dialoger.
  • Översätter teknik till affärsvärde.
  • Sätter struktur i komplexa miljöer.
  • Utmanar kunden när det behövs.

Samtidigt är vi aktiva i det som händer nu.

Vi utforskar aktivt:

  • Hur Copilot förändrar arbetssätt.
  • Hur Agenter kan ta plats.
  • Hur AI påverkar informationssäkerhet och governance.
  • Hur man bygger hållbara ramverk för framtidens arbetsplats.

Vem är du?

Du ser governance som en möjliggörare inte ett hinder och trivs bättre i komplexa dialoger än i färdiga processer. Du bygger förtroende hos både IT, säkerhet och verksamhet och du vet att AI-adoption handlar lika mycket om beteenden som teknik. Framför allt vill du påverka hur organisationer faktiskt använder AI, inte bara prata om det eller sälja in det.

Vi ser att du har erfarenhet av:

  • Microsoft 365 i konsultroll.
  • Att arbeta med compliance, governance och informationssäkerhet i större organisationer.
  • God kunskap inom områden som Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, Defender, DLP, informationsklassificering och retention.
  • Att etablera eller vidareutveckla AI adoption samt arbeta med både Copilot och Agenter.
  • Vana att bygga förtroende i komplexa miljöer.

Extra plus:

  • Erfarenhet av införande av Agentic AI med datakällor både inom och utom Microsofts miljö.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med regulatoriska krav och/eller interna policyramverk.
  • Kunskap om tenantstrategi, migreringar och Azure-tjänster.
  • Certifieringar inom Microsoft 365, Security eller Compliance.
