Dina arbetsuppgifter

I rollen arbetar du brett inom IT-support och IT-infrastruktur med ansvar för incident- och ärendehantering, felsökning samt användarstöd. Arbetet omfattar administration av Microsoft 365, Entra ID och Intune, inklusive användarkonton, behörigheter, onboarding och offboarding samt klient- och enhetshantering. Tjänsten innebär även beställning och administration av IT-utrustning, produktionsnära support och nära samarbete med interna funktioner och externa leverantörer. Du arbetar proaktivt med att identifiera återkommande problem, bidra till rotorsaksanalys och förbättra processer och arbetssätt för att skapa en stabil, säker och effektiv IT-miljö.

Vi ser gärna att du

  • Har erfarenhet av arbete inom IT-support, Service Desk, End User Services eller liknande.
  • Har erfarenhet av felsökning och problemlösning inom IT.
  • Har god kunskap inom Microsoft 365.
  • Har erfarenhet av Microsoft Intune och klienthantering.
  • Har erfarenhet av Entra ID och administration av användarkonton och behörigheter.
  • Har erfarenhet av onboarding och offboarding av användare.
  • Har erfarenhet av hårdvara, mjukvara och IT-relaterad användarsupport.
  • Har förståelse för IT-säkerhet och behörighetsstyrning.
  • Har god förmåga att kommunicera och ge teknisk support till användare.
  • Behärskar svenska och engelska obehindrat i tal och skrift.

Meriterande:

  • Erfarenhet av produktionsnära IT-support.
  • Erfarenhet av administration och support inom Microsoft 365.
  • Erfarenhet av automatisering och standardisering inom IT-support.
  • Erfarenhet av IT-inköp, licenshantering och hårdvaruadministration.
  • Erfarenhet av arbete med IT-infrastruktur och externa IT-leverantörer.
  • Eftergymnasial utbildning inom IT, datateknik eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.
