Har du några års erfarenhet inom produktion eller tillverkande industri och vill utvecklas vidare inom industrialisering? Vår kund söker nu en industrialiseringsingenjör med erfarenhet av elektronik och elektromekanisk produktion. Rollen ger dig möjlighet att arbeta med att utveckla och effektivisera produktionsflöden, driva förbättringsarbete och bidra i introduktionen av nya produkter.

Att jobba som industrialiseringsingenjör hos vår kund

Vår kund befinner sig i en spännande fas med ökande produktionsvolymer och satsar på att framtidssäkra sina produktionsflöden och processer. Som industrialiseringsingenjör får du en central roll i att utveckla produktionen och driva förbättringar tillsammans med olika funktioner i verksamheten. Du får möjlighet att påverka både arbetssätt, processer och tekniska lösningar i en miljö där kvalitet, utveckling och effektivisering står i fokus.

I rollen kommer du bland annat att arbeta med:

  • Analys och förbättring av tillverkningsflöden – kartlägga processer, identifiera flaskhalsar och driva kostnadseffektiva förbättringar
  • Utveckling och standardisering – utveckla nya arbetssätt och metoder för att skapa kontinuerliga förbättringar i produktionen
  • Projektledning – planera, leda och driva förändrings- och utvecklingsprojekt inom produktion.
  • Industrialisering och introduktion av nya produkter (NPI) – bidra med ett produktionsperspektiv i utvecklingsprocessen och analysera produktdesign med fokus på producerbarhet
  • Produktionsrelaterade investeringar – analysera behov och bidra vid implementering av nya maskiner och produktionslösningar

Rollen är placerad i Stockholm alternativt Järfalla och arbetet sker majoriteten av tiden på plats på något av kundens kontor.

Vi söker dig som

  • Har en akademisk utbildning på minst högskoleingenjörsnivå
  • Har minst 2 års arbetslivserfarenhet inom produktion eller tillverkande industri, gärna med fokus på elektronik och elektromekanisk produktion
  • Kommunicerar obehindrat i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
  • Är självgående, strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och samarbetsinriktad, med förmåga att ta initiativ och driva arbetet framåt.
  • Har ett intresse för industrialisering, produktion och projektledning

För att påbörja uppdraget krävs svenskt medborgarskap samt godkänd säkerhetsprövning.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av projektledning och/eller verktygskonstruktion.
