Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 8-hour shifts

Available shifts:

7am - 3pm: Monday - Friday

7am - 3pm: Saturday & Sunday

  • LPN/LVN license required.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON.
  • Administers medications and treatments per physician's orders.
  • Observes and reports changes in resident condition and maintains accurate clinical documentation.
