Dans le cadre du rapprochement de plusieurs entités et de l'évolution de son organisation, iSelection renforce son Pôle Assistanat Commercial. Acteur reconnu de l'immobilier neuf et de l'investissement patrimonial, l'entreprise place ce pôle au cœur des interactions entre les équipes commerciales, les partenaires et les fonctions support.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Commercial, vous accompagnez les équipes commerciales et leurs managers, tout en assurant l'interface avec les partenaires et les services internes. Véritable facilitateur(trice), vous contribuez à fluidifier les échanges, sécuriser le suivi des dossiers et garantir que chaque demande, chaque information et chaque action trouvent le bon interlocuteur au bon moment.

Description du poste

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Commercial, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’animation de notre réseau de partenaires (banques, institutionnels, grands comptes) en apportant un soutien opérationnel aux Directeurs Régionaux et Responsables de Secteur.

🎯 Vos missions principales :

Support administratif et commercial :

  • Accueil physique et téléphonique des visiteurs et partenaires
  • Organisation de réunions, visio-conférences et événements internes
  • Gestion des agendas, courriers, messagerie, notes de frais et congés
  • Suivi des dossiers commerciaux : classement, archivage, relances

Coordination et reporting :

  • Préparation des reportings hebdomadaires et mensuels pour les réseaux
  • Suivi des challenges commerciaux et des stocks de lots en commercialisation
  • Gestion des options fermes (suivi, relances, abandon)

Événementiel et formation :

  • Organisation logistique des formations et intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
  • Coordination des événements digitaux (webinaires, journées portes ouvertes)
  • Préparation des événements clients (petits-déjeuners, afterworks)

Interface et communication :

  • Interface entre les équipes commerciales, les clients et les réseaux
  • Participation à l’organisation des recrutements et à la vie d’équipe

Qualifications

Formation & expérience :

  • Bac +2 minimum en commerce ou gestion
  • Expérience de 2 ans minimum, idéalement dans la gestion de patrimoine ou l’immobilier patrimonial

Compétences techniques :

  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellente expression écrite et orthographe irréprochable
  • Connaissance de Zoho, outils BI, et utilisation de l’IA appréciée

Qualités personnelles :

  • Autonomie, rigueur, sens de l’organisation
  • Esprit d’équipe et capacité d’analyse
  • Réactivité, fiabilité et force de proposition

  • Rémunération : entre 34k et 38k brut annuel fixe
