Description du poste

Nexity recherche un Assistant Responsable Développement Foncier H/F en stage.

Rattaché au Directeur déploiement et développement, tes missions seront :

  • Identifier et sourcer de nouvelles opportunités foncières pour accompagner le développement de l’agence ;
  • Participer à la prise de contact avec les propriétaires et vendeurs potentiels ;
  • Contribuer à la réalisation des études de faisabilité, des capacités constructives et des bilans financiers ;
  • Assurer le suivi administratif et opérationnel des dossiers, ainsi que les relances nécessaires ;
  • Réaliser une veille sectorielle, concurrentielle et réglementaire afin d’identifier les tendances du marché.

Cette liste n’est pas exhaustive et pourra évoluer selon les projets et ta montée en compétences.

Qualifications

Stage de 6 mois à pourvoir à partir de Mars 2027.

En cours de formation BAC +4/+5 en immobilier, urbanisme, droit de l'immobilier ou d'ingénieur, tu es une femme ou un homme de terrain. Tu es dynamique, déterminé(e) et prêt(e) à relever des défis.

Tu es doté(e) d’un bon relationnel, d’une aisance orale certaine et d’une bonne capacité d’analyse ?
