Description du poste

🎯 Vos missions principales :

Nous recherchons notre futur(e) Comptable fournisseurs. En collaboration avec l’ensemble de l’équipe Finance/Comptable, et plus particulièrement avec la Responsable Comptable, vous aurez la charge :

Des tâches mensuelles :

  • Préparer et comptabiliser les campagnes de règlements fournisseurs ;
  • Assurer le suivi des comptes fournisseurs et le traitement des relances ;
  • Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles : justification des comptes, comptabilisation et suivi des CCA et FNP ; mise à jour des feuilles de travail et des états de suivi ;
  • Assurer le suivi comptable des immobilisations (acquisitions, mises en service, sorties, amortissements) ;
  • Garantir le classement et l'archivage numérique des pièces comptables ainsi que la mise à jour du dossier permanent.

De l’implémentation de la RFE au sein de notre société via :

  • La réception et du traitement des factures électroniques via les plateformes de dématérialisation partenaires (PDP) ;
  • Le contrôle de la conformité des données obligatoires présentes sur les factures ;
  • Le suivi des statuts de traitement et des rejets éventuels ;
  • La collaboration avec les équipes comptables, achats, contrôle de gestion et systèmes d'information afin de sécuriser les flux ;
  • La mise à jour des référentiels fournisseurs nécessaires aux échanges électroniques ;
  • La participation aux phases de recette, d'amélioration des processus et d'accompagnement des utilisateurs ;
  • La veille au respect des obligations légales et des procédures internes liées à la facturation électronique.

Qualifications

🧠 Profil recherché :

Formation & expérience :

  • Formation Bac +2 en comptabilité, gestion ou finance ;
  • Expérience de 2 à 3 ans minimum en comptabilité fournisseurs ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des principes comptables ;
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques et les solutions de dématérialisation ;
  • La connaissance d'un outil de traitement de factures dématérialisées (Yooz, Esker, Basware ou équivalent) est un atout ;
  • Une expérience liée à la facturation électronique ou aux projets de digitalisation comptable serait appréciée.

  • Rigueur et sens de l'organisation ;
  • Esprit d'analyse et capacité à identifier les anomalies ;
  • Autonomie et sens des priorités ;
  • Esprit d'équipe et qualité de communication ;
  • Force de proposition dans l'amélioration des processus.

Le contrat est de 38h/semaine, payé 37h/semaine, avec acquisition de 6 RTT annuel en plus des 25 jours de congés payés.
