Description du poste

Nexity recrute un Responsable Développement Foncier H/F.

Vous serez en charge de développer un secteur géographique qui vous sera confié et aurez pour principales missions :

  • Etudier et analyser les opportunités foncières (prospection, pertinence du projet, …) ;
  • Etudier la faisabilité du projet (m2 développés, bilan financier, études de marché, …) ;
  • Négocier et signer les promesses de vente ;
  • Animer et développer son réseau interne et externe (notaires, architectes, bureau d’études, …).

Le poste est à pourvoir au sein de notre agence de Toulouse (31).

Qualifications

De formation BAC+5 minimum (Ecole de commerce, école d’ingénieur, ESPI, droit de l'immobilier, ...), vous disposez d’une expérience de 3 années minimum sur un poste similaire en promotion immobilière.

Vous êtes reconnu pour vos capacités de négociation et votre pugnacité. Vous êtes dynamique et réactif. Doté d’un excellent relationnel, vous êtes mobile et disponible.

Rémunération : fixe + variable non plafonnés en fonction de vos résultats personnels.
