Chaque jour, nos équipes s’engagent à offrir aux jeunes un cadre de vie sécurisé, pratique et chaleureux, pour les accompagner dans leur réussite académique et personnelle.

Description du poste

Au sein de la Direction Régionale Grand Nord, vous participez à l’exploitation de nos résidences étudiantes, en veillant à la qualité de service, à la satisfaction client et à la performance opérationnelle du Groupe.

Nous recherchons un Responsable de Résidence pour notre établissement basé à Nantes.

En nous rejoignant, vous serez amené(e) à :

- Exécuter et suivre les tâches commerciales et administratives (visite des logements, réalisation des états des lieux, inventaire des appartements, gestion des services para-hôteliers, suivi de reporting…)

- Assurer l’animation et la convivialité de la résidence tel un « Hapiness Officer » (accueil, communication, organisation d’événements, identification de partenaires locaux…)

- Surveiller et gérer techniquement les installations de la résidence (suivi des remises en état des logements, entretien de la résidence…)

Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation de Bac à Bac+2 de type formation immobilière ou hôtelière.

Vous avez des compétences techniques en immobilier ou en bâtiment

Vous maîtrisez les techniques de réception et d’accueil, vous avez le sens relationnel et du service. Vous attachez une importance particulière à la satisfaction client et savez gérer des équipes.
