Description du poste

Nexity Immobilier Résidentiel, recrute pour sa filiale de référence? spécialisée dans l'investissement locatif, "GFI" , un(e) Responsable partenaires et animation commerciale H/F.

A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Assurer l’animation commerciale auprès de réseaux de partenaires nationaux et/ou régionaux, pour la vente de nos produits d’épargne retraite et de défiscalisation basés sur l’immobilier neuf de rapport
  • Dans le cadre de la politique commerciale de la filiale et sous la responsabilité de son directeur général développement, développer l’ensemble de son portefeuille : prescripteurs bancaires / institutionnels, Conseillers en Gestion de Patrimoine, plateformes de commercialisation ;
  • Sourcer de nouveaux partenaires via différents canaux

Le poste est principalement basé à Saint-Ouen.

De nombreux déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir en Ile de France et région.

Qualifications

Vous êtes issue d'une formation universitaire (BAC +3/5), Ecoles de commerces, Ecole spécialisée (ICH, ESPI), BAC +2 (BTS type Professions immobilières, Management des Unités Commerciales, Négociation et Relation Client…).

Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience dans des fonctions commerciales d’au moins 5 ans.

La connaissance du secteur immobilier peut-être un atout.

Vous êtes reconnu pour votre aisance relationnelle, votre rigueur et votre capacité à fédérer.

Vous disposez de compétences juridiques et fiscales sur les opérations
