Pessoa Engenheira de Software Sênior - Modalidade Remoto

Estamos em busca de um(a) Pessoa Engenheira de Software Sênior altamente qualificada(o) para integrar nossa equipe. Nesta posição, você será responsável por desempenhar um papel fundamental no desenvolvimento e manutenção de nossos sistemas de software de ponta, contribuindo para o avanço tecnológico da empresa.

Principais Responsabilidades:

- Projetar, desenvolver e implementar soluções de software robustas e escaláveis, utilizando as melhores práticas de engenharia de software;

- Participar ativamente do processo de análise, design, codificação, testes e implantação de novos recursos e funcionalidades;

- Liderar e orientar a equipe de engenharia, compartilhando conhecimento e melhores práticas;

- Colaborar com as equipes de produto, design e operações para entender os requisitos dos clientes e traduzí-los em soluções técnicas eficientes;

- Participar de revisões de código, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e sugerindo soluções inovadoras;

- Manter-se atualizado(a) com as últimas tendências e tecnologias na indústria de software.

Requisitos:

- Experiência comprovada de, no mínimo, 5 anos em desenvolvimento de software;

- Domínio avançado de uma ou mais linguagens de programação, como Java, Python, C++, ou outras;

- Conhecimento profundo em arquitetura de software, design de sistemas e padrões de projeto;

- Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis de desenvolvimento, como Scrum e Kanban;

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e trabalho em equipe;

- Fluência em Inglês, tanto escrito quanto falado.
