Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Instandhaltungsunterlagen, technischen Anforderungen und Nachweisen. Dabei erhältst du praxisnahe Einblicke in die ECM-II-Instandhaltungsentwicklungsfunktion gemäß DVO (EU) 2019/779 und arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Technik, Dokumentation und Regelwerkskonformität.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Instandhaltungsplänen und zugehörigen Instandhaltungsunterlagen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Strukturierung und Aktualisierung fahrzeugbezogener Instandhaltungsakten und technischer Nachweise
  • Recherche, Aufbereitung und Einarbeitung von Herstellerinformationen, technischen Änderungen, Lessons Learned und relevanten Regelwerksanforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege technischer Vorgaben, Arbeitsgrundlagen und dokumentierter Anforderungen für die Instandhaltung
  • Prüfung und strukturierte Ablage technischer Dokumentationen, Nachweise und Rückmeldungen aus der Instandhaltung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Risikoanalysen, Änderungen, Audits und technischen Bewertungen
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von ECM-II-Prozessen und digitalen Dokumentationsstrukturen
  • Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen, insbesondere Fleet Management (ECM III), Maintenance Delivery (ECM IV), HSEQ und weiteren technischen Fachbereichen

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
  • Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen, Instandhaltungsprozessen und idealerweise an Schienenfahrzeugen
  • Freude an strukturierter Dokumentation sowie an der verständlichen Aufbereitung technischer Inhalte
  • Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit analytischem Denkvermögen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Word und Excel; Interesse an digitalen Systemen und Datenstrukturen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Vorkenntnisse zu ECM, Risikomanagement oder technischen Regelwerken sind willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung
