Wil je internationale werkervaring opdoen en tegelijk een nieuw avontuur beleven? Sluit je aan bij het klantenserviceteam van PayPal in Athene en help Nederlandstalige klanten met vragen over online betalingen en hun account.

Je helpt klanten verder, zoekt naar passende oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat ze kunnen rekenen op duidelijke en vriendelijke ondersteuning.

Jouw taken

  • Klanten helpen met vragen over PayPal, betalingen en transacties
  • Ondersteuning bieden via telefoon, e-mail en chat
  • De behoeften van klanten begrijpen en geschikte oplossingen voorstellen
  • Klantgegevens zorgvuldig en vertrouwelijk behandelen
  • Vragen opvolgen en samenwerken met collega’s om problemen op te lossen

Requirements

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en denkt graag in oplossingen
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, georganiseerd en klantgericht
  • Je kunt goed met computers werken en leert gemakkelijk nieuwe systemen
  • Ervaring in klantenservice is mooi meegenomen, maar niet verplicht
