Ben je geïnteresseerd in technologie, fotografie en het oplossen van problemen? Ga aan de slag bij Canon in Griekenland en help Nederlandstalige klanten met hun camera’s, printers, kopieerapparaten en andere imagingproducten.

Je hoeft nog geen technisch expert te zijn! Je krijgt een volledige opleiding waarin je de producten leert kennen en ontdekt hoe je klanten helpt met technische vragen.

Jouw functie

  • Klanten helpen via telefoon, chat en e-mail
  • Technische problemen met camera’s, printers en kopieerapparaten opsporen en oplossen
  • Klanten stap voor stap begeleiden bij het gebruik van hun producten
  • Dossiers opvolgen en zorgen voor een snelle, efficiënte oplossing
  • Een professionele en klantgerichte service bieden
  • Samenwerken met collega’s en kennis en oplossingen uitwisselen

Requirements

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kunt je goed uitdrukken in het Engels
  • Je hebt interesse in technologie, fotografie, camera’s of printapparatuur
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en denkt graag in oplossingen
  • Je bent geduldig, klantgericht en vertrouwd met digitale tools
  • Ervaring in klantenservice of technische ondersteuning is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
